Fairmont Services in partnership with Keep Inventory, a member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC).

Our Inventory Clerks are fully trained and experienced in this field. 

We produce detailed reports including extensive digital photographs capturing every side and corners of a room.  Our mission is to make sure an inventory report is totally reliable when it is required whilst adhering to all deposit rules and regulation.

We can be available at short notices and out of hours where possible.

We aim to offer hassle free service for complete peace of mind with a fast turnaround.

Inventory Report

Every inventory we produce will contain a comprehensive report which will include the condition of property, fixtures, fittings and contents.  Digital photographs will be taken of all wall and corners of the property to show clearly every aspect.

Tenant Check In

When a Tenant moves into property, we can either produce Inventory Report same time with tenants or beforehand.  We would then ask the tenant to check and sign the report as well as releasing the keys.  The keys issued together with meter readings will be noted on report.

Tenant Check Out

At the end of tenancy, we can produce a report which would be used to compare against the initial Inventory.  We will also take meter readings and collect keys where possible.  Then within 48 hours reports will be sent to relevant parties.

Mid Term Report

During the tenancy, we can inspect the property and report on the condition it is in, as well as identifying any repair works that may need attention.  This can be done anytime although usually it is carried out quarterly and half way through the Tenancy.
